Annual World Meeting 2026 is committed to providing professional conference management and registration services for all attendees, delegates, and healthcare professionals. We encourage participants to carefully review our refund and cancellation policy before completing registration.
If a participant decides to cancel their conference registration or attendance for any reason, cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the request and services already confirmed or processed.
Registration fees, processing charges, transaction fees, and third-party service costs may be non-refundable once payment has been completed. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the conference cancellation guidelines and the services utilized by the attendee.
In situations where refunds are approved, reimbursement will only apply to services directly managed by Global Medical Conference 2026. Expenses related to hotels, transportation, external vendors, payment gateways, or third-party providers may not be fully refundable.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing through our official support channels. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method, subject to banking and payment provider policies.
